Nathdwara

A pichwai painting you open like a temple door.

Every screen is a pichwai plate in flat gouache: an indigo lotus pond for the names, a banana grove for the families, a monsoon sky whose gold sun you scratch away to read the muhurat.

Each function gets its own painted world, from a hazy kadamb morning to a full moon over the pond with two saddled cows, and the whole suite is painted in one hand from one anchor.

Signature animations

• Painted temple doors that hinge open on a tap
• Scratch the gold-leaf sun to reveal the lagna
• Four function pages, four pichwai worlds
• Cows, peacock and lotus as cut-out layers, never flattened into the plate
